This contemporary and extremely spacious Villa consists of four bedrooms and three bathrooms, a spacious living room, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen suitable for up to eight persons. The exquisitely designed Villa also boasts indoor and outdoor relaxation areas and has access to a large private water heated swimming pool overlooking the sea. Pool can be heated at an extra cost.
There is also a paved terrace area for dining or relaxing in the sun throughout the day. The Villa is located just two steps away from the Private Beach Club of the Elounda Gulf Villas and guests have access to all kinds of water sports and beach services. Guests can also benefit from the services of the Boutique Villa-Hotel as well as its facilities. An experienced team can be called upon request to offer in-Villa Breakfast, dining options, BBQ events, special celebrations or anything the guests may wish. All five star services are offered upon request and provided by the Elounda Gulf Villas experienced team. The Villa is usually open from end of March until late October each season. During the winter off-season you are invited to negotiate the use of the Villa on a monthly rental basis.
